Very satisfied with this hotel. good location super convenient with malls just nearby especially centralworld. all hotel staff accommodating and helpful i like their enthusiasm. they treat all guest warmly. lobby is very grand and spacious , can sit all day and relax . doormen and bellboy took their jobs seriously help us checking and checking if our ride is nearby and ready to load our luggages . Bfast spread wide selection very yummy and all served HOT and fresh.

We enjoyed our stay at Centara Grand. Location is great. Easy access to anywhere. Welcome drinks at 56 Floor with fantastic view.

Fabulous overnight stay at the Centara Grand and perfect for our tf to and from the cruise port! immaculately clean and free upgrade given to include a full sized free standing bath and a shower that probably would hold half of Bangkok!! Would stay here again without hesitation as it also has a 56 floor cru bar and offers guests a free evening cocktail on the hotels roof bar with amazing views of Bangkok.slick check in and check out …all in all just what you need from a city on a one night time precious trip!

Great place to stay in Bangkok . Located in very strategic area . Next to central world mall and few minutes by walk to platinum where you can shop till you drop ??. Alot of choices for restaurant . The breakfast also so many varieties and delicious . Sure will be back to stay in centara hotel again

酒店很好服务也不错，从顶楼看夜景也很好。楼上有酒吧夜晚喝杯酒然后俯瞰曼谷夜景那是另外一番享受。总总体来説算是很好的了

房间很大，服务很好，旁边就是中央商场，吃饭购物很方便。旁边有百丽宫，走过去5分钟。下次来曼谷，还会再住。

酒店位置优越，可以直接进入商场，逛街吃饭非常方便，房间乾净整洁，服务人员很热情，每次来曼谷都入住这家酒店，26层的spa也很不错。

我愿给到五星??，因为布景非常用心，太太太棒了！首先也是最重要的房间乾净整洁，私隐性非常好，居住体验非常棒！酒店设施很齐全，最重要的是安全系数比较高，这应该是大家最关心的点了吧被朋友种草来的。

The best hotel yet, first time booking and club actually has a private check-in at the 51st floor where the lounge also is. Comes with breakfast, tea service, cocktail hour and after dinner service at different timings of the day if you are at the hotel. Very thankful for the complementary chocolates, wine and thoughtful design. Connected to CentralWorld which gives you convenience. Will return to stay everytime I'm in Bangkok.
